(TS) – Acer has recently announced its Android-based smartphone in Russian and Taiwan, known as the Acer Liquid E Ferrari. The red handset was announced at Computex Taipei 2010 (Taipei, Taiwan). The Acer Liquid E Ferrari smartphone will be mainly distributed in Taiwan by Weblink, while in Russia will be sale exclusively by svyaznoy.ru starts October 1st for price tag 22,990 rubles. The smartphone is a unique, lightweight Ferrari design with just 135g.
It is pre-loaded with Ferrari wallpaper, videos, and ringtones. The Acer Liquid E Ferrari smartphone is boasted by Qualcomm snapdragon 8250 processor, 512MB RAM, and runs on Android 2.1 OS. New Acer Liquid E Ferrari Edition can packs a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, Wi-Fi, a microSD memory card slot, and GPS.
