(TS) – Buffalo is offering more storage to the networked masses (BEd: Gee, the makes sense) by introducing a new TeraStation NAS device, one boasting 4TB of space. Part of the TS-WXL/R1 Series, the storage solution measures 170 (W) x 170 (H) x 230 (D) mm, weights 4.5kg, and features two 3.5-inch SATA hard drives (configured in RAID 1 by default), active cooling, an LCD screen, as well as dual Gigabit Ethernet and dual USB ports.

Buffalo’s 4TB NAS is shipping in Japan and it costs about $1,171.
