(TS) – Buffalo has introduced line of solid state drive (SSD), Buffalo SHD-NHPU2. This SSD is based on a 2.5-inch form factor.
New Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 SSD is designed primarily for use in older desktop computers, which is maintaining Parallel ATA (Ultra ATA/133 UDMA mode 6).
The Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 SSD series includes three models with capacity of 32GB, 64GB and 128 GB. It is made on MLC NAND flash memory. Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 SSD is equipped with a 64MB of buffer cache and delivers transfer speed 101.3 MB/s.
The cost of new Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 SSD is $250, $360 and $630 respectively.
