Point of View launches Mobii Core i3 2.93 Ghz miniPC

(TS) – Point of View has introduced the Mobii Core i3 miniPC, a new mini-ITX system with the Intel H57 chipset and Intel Core i3-530 (2.93GHz) processor. Known as the Mobii Core i3 miniPC, the upcoming machine has a black-painted chassis measuring 220 x 330 x 129 mm (with a 250W power supply).

this system features a Mini-ITX motherboard with the Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor and Intel NM10 chipset with GMA 3150 integrated graphics. Other features include 2GB DDR2 memory, 320GB HDD, DVD burner, Gigabit Ethernet, 6-channel HD audio, 2x SATA 3Gbps, four USB 2.0 ports (+ four internal), and an optional NVIDIA GeForce 210 512MB PCIe x1 graphics card.

The Mobii Core i3 miniPC’s pricing has not been revealed and will be pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit of 64 bit

LG Unveils three new 12x Blu-ray drives At CeBIT

LG Electronics officially unveiled its new 12x Blu-ray Disc writers this week at CeBIT 2010.

The BE12LU and BH12LS can write BD-R media at up to 12x speed, support LightScribe and have a USB/eSATA and SATA interface, respectively. The CH10LS drive can read BD-R at 10x, BD-RE at 8x and can write/rewrite DVDs as well as CDs.

At this point, it is not exactly clear what connection options the BE12LU has. However, with specs like this, it probably has either USB 3.0 or eSATA.
