(TS) – Asus is on the nettop offensive which means we’d better say out of the way while it floods the markets with five EeeTop PCs, the ET2010P, ET2010PN, ET2010PNT, ET2010AG and ET2010AGT. All these models have some things in common like their pre-installed OS – Windows 7 Home Premium, and the 20-inch (1440×900) LCD display (the ET2010PNT and ET2010AGT include multi-touch), but three of them are based on Intel platforms while two have an AMD backbone.
The ET2010P features a 1.66 GHz Atom D410 CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, GMA 3150 integrated graphics, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a DVD writer. The ET2010PN and ET2010PNT come equipped with a 1.66 GHz Atom D510 (dual-core) processor, 2GB DDR3 memory, 320GB and 500GB of storage respectively, and next-gen ION graphics (a GT218 GPU). The rest of the specs remain the same as with the ET2010P.

Moving to the AMD-flavored line-up, we have ET2010AG and ET2010AGT which include a 1.6 GHz Athlon X2 Dual Core 250u CPU, 2 and 4GB of RAM, respectively, a 500GB (7200 RPM) hard drive, a Radeon HD 5470 512MB graphics card, a DVD burner, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, a 1.3 MP webcam and a muti-card reader. The prices and retail dates of the EeeTop PC ET2010 nettops are not yet available.
