(TS) – Joining the iPad competitors camp, a company called E-Noa is planning on releasing in Germany the Interpad, a tablet powered by a dual Tegra 2 T20 SoC packing two Cortex-A9 cores @ 1 GHz, that features a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen, 1GB of DDR2 memory, and 16GB of built-in storage.
The upcoming mobile device measures 253 x 164 x 12.5 mm and also boasts a microSD slot, 802.11 b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, USB and HDMI ports, and a 3900 mAh battery. This tablet, running Android 2.1, is supposed to come out in December and cost €399.
A higher-end Interpad model, with Android 2.2, GPS, a webcam and 3G connectivity, is also said to be in the works and should cost under €500.
