(TS) – Announced just about two months ago, the IdeaPad U460 Calpella-based 14-inch ultra-portable laptop from Lenovo has (finally) been put up for sale and can be found in two versions, priced at $799 and $949.

The cheaper model packs a 14-inch (1366 x 768) LED-backlit display, a 2.26 GHz Core i3-350M processor, 4GB of RAM, Intel integrated graphics, a 500GB hard drive, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a fingerprint reader and an 8-cell battery. Add $150 and you get the same basic laptop but with a 2.40 GHz Core i5-450M and more capable graphics (GeForce 305M).

Both  IdeaPad U460 models come with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit pre-installed.
