(TS) – Lenovo has launched the IdeaPad Y460, a 14-inch laptop for consumers.The new portable PC features a 14-inch (1366×768) LED-backlit display, a 2.13 GHz Core i3-330M or 2.4 GHz Core i5-520M CPU, 4GB of RAM.

Lenovo’s Y460 also includes a 1.3MP webcam and microphone, JBL stereo speakers, HDMI and VGA outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, three USB ports and one eSATA/USB combo port, an ExpressCard slot, and a 6-in-1 multicard reader.

Moving up the the $1,199 model you will see a few bumps in specs which include a 2.40GHz Intel Core i5-520M processor, 500GB hard drive and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics card.

Lenovo also plans to introduce a 15-inch model, the Y560, but has not released details on its ownpricing or availability.
