(TS) – The dull throb emanating from the IFA show floor is partly down to LG, which will be demonstrating its new HLB54S Blu-ray Soundbar – much to the annoyance of the poor people having to spend all day manning nearby stands.

LG Super slim Blu-ray sound bar with wireless subwoofer
Specially tuned by Mr Mark Levinson for superior sound quality, experience Blu-ray in full high definition and wirelessly stream pictures, music and videos from your PC or mobile phone.

The LG HLB54S Blu-ray Soundbar is a full 1080p Blu-ray player with 430W output power, built-in DSP, a wireless front subwoofer to take care of the deep end of your audio in 4.1 audio surround sound, the ability to stream media from your PC/home network, a cradle for iPods, USB and HDD playback, HDMI connections, optical and coaxial audio input, and can handle BD, MKV, Divx, DVD recordable, MP3, WMA and JPEG files.
The HLB54S will arrive in the UK in November. No price has been announced yet.
