(TS) – LG Electronics rolled out its new X300 ultra-thin premium mobile PC at the CES fest 2010 in Las Vegas. The LG X300 is an ultra-portable computer which only weighs 970g and measures 17.6mm in thickness. Well, sure, it’s not thinner than Adamo XPS from Dell but it’s almost there.

LG’s 17.5mm thick portable PC weights just 970 grams and features a 11.6-inch display, a borderless touchpad, a 2.0 GHz Atom processor, 2GB of RAM, a 128GB solid state drive, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, a 3G modem, and SRS TruSurround HD sound.

There’s also WiFi, Bluetooth and integrated 3G UMTS modem, and LG bundle two batteries with the ultraportable for lengthy on-the-road use. Apparently you’ll see up to 7hrs use overall, though that’s with both batteries.
The premium LG X300 will be rolled out globally starting in February following its introduction at CES 2010.
