Our RealSSD™ C300 drives are designed to bring performance and portability to laptops and other computing applications. Because they take advantage of the SATA 6 Gb/s interface—with backward compatibility to SATA 3 Gb/s—they deliver blistering read and write speeds, helping improve boot and application load times.

Our 256GB drives can deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 355 MB/s and 215 MB/s, respectively

The first SSD to comply natively with the new SATA 6Gbps specification, the RealSSD C300 is capable of up to 355MB/sec read speeds and up to 215MB/sec write speeds and will be available in 128GB and 256GB sizes.
The Micron RealSSD C300 SSD will go on sale next year and it will be available in a 2.5 inch format for desktop PCs and a 1.8 inch format for notebooks, there is no word on pricing as yet
