(TS) – In additional to Motorola H17txt with MotoSpeak Bluetooth headset via Verizon, Motorola has officially announced its mobile phone in Germany, the Motorola Backflip. Previously, this Android phone has available in China, Italy, and US (via AT&T).

Motorola Backflip smartphone is running on Android 1.5 OS (upgradeable to 2.1). It is delivering with a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen TFT display (320×480 pixel), A-GPS, HTML browser, 3G, 5MP autofocus camera with flashlight, HSDPA, Bluetooth, and reverse-flipping QWERTY keyboard. It is supports WCDMA 850/1900/2100 MHz, GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, HSDPA 7.2Mbps. Dimensions of Motorola Backflip are 53×108×15.30 mm and weight 133g.

In Germany, the Motorola Backflip Android smartphone is available in Mobilcom and Amazon.de with unlocked version for price tag €499 (around $672). This phone could be an iPhone alternative.
