(TS) – Panasonic has announced in Japan a few new Let’s note series laptops, including the R9, a 10-inch machine that packs a Core i7 processor. The R9 measures 229 (W) x 187 (D) x 42.5 (H) mm, weighs 0.93kg, and features a 10.4-inch (1024×768) display, a 1.06 GHz Core i7-620UM, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and a battery lasting up to 7.5 hours on one charge.
Panasonic’s laptop also boasts Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, and SD card slot, a D-Sub output, and runs Windows 7 Professional. The Let’s note R9 is expected to become available in Japan from February 17.
