(TS) – Pioneer Computers Australia has expanded its laptop range, called DreamBook Lite R12. The Pioneer Computers DreamBook Lite R12 is boasts a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB or 2GB of RAM, range from 160GB to 1TB hard drive, and optional 256GB solid state drive (SSD).

DreamBook Lite R12 notebook has feature a 12.1-inch display with resolution of WXGA (1280×800 pixels) and LED backlight, 1.3-megapixel webcam, a 3-in-1 card reader (SD/xD/MS), Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, three USB ports, and D-Sub, as well as optionally for 3.5G module and Bluetooth adapter.

Dimensions of Pioneer Computers DreamBook Lite R12 laptop are 300×220×30 mm and weight 1.5kg with battery. It is pre-loaded with Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 OS.

In basic configuration, DreamBook Lite R12 has 1GB of RAM, 160 GB HDD, and Wi-Fi that is offered for $500. It is added $140 for 3.5G and Bluetooth modules, and extra pays $160 for an external DVD burner.
