(TS) – Spice Mobiles has just released a new budget-friendly Android smartphone in India, the Stellar Virtuoso Pro+ Mi-492. The handset is available for purchase via major retailers across the country for only Rs 7,499 ($120/€90).
The Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro+ (Mi-492) features a 4.5-inch TFT LCD with 480×854 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core processor alongside 512MB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Stellar Virtuoso Pro+ include 4GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB with microSD, 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with an LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera and 1730mAh battery. The Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro+ offers dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) connectivity with both the SIMs supporting 3G connectivity and dual standby. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
Other features on the device include Exchange ActiveSync, 3G video calling, Gtalk, Flip to mute, Intelligent answer, Direct call and Pop up Play. Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and 3G.
The Indian handset vendor launched the Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro back in July. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM, and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front camera. The phone also features SRS Audio.
The Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro is a dual-SIM (3G+3G) phone features a 4.5-inch screen with FWVGA resolution (480×854 pixels). The phone offers 4GB built-in storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It’s powered by a 1,700mAh battery.
