(TS) – Taipei-based Team Group has this week announced a new storage solution for on-the-go, the Aegis C101 series of capless flash drives which are made out of environmentally friendly materials and feature a shield-shaped casing with a carbon fiber pattern and mirror finish.

Coming in 2GB (green), 4GB (gray), 8GB (blue), 16GB (orange) and 32GB (pink) capacities, the C101 drives measure 54.1 x 22.5 x 9.1 mm, have a slide-out USB (2.0) connector, and deliver read and write speeds of up to 30 MB/s and 15 MB/s, respectively (just 15/5 MB/s for the 2 & 4GB models).

All Aegis C101 flash drives are backed by a lifetime warranty. No word on pricing yet.
